Eating Habits and Weight Loss
We've all repeatedly been told that in order to lose weight and keep it off, we don't need a diet but a lifestyle change. I agree with this, but it's easy to get caught up in how fast the scale moves down instead of focusing on the healthy things you are doing for your body that don't result in just weight loss. I often get frustrated when the scale doesn't move either, I suspect many of us do because of all the other failed weight loss attempts that turned into failures.
